Item works great. Already helped my son find his keys a few times since purchased. Bought both the tile and the slim, gives me peace of mind that my son’s wallet, which is often misplaced, can be found. I would recommend this product.

This little gadget has saved me SO many times, from being late- having either misplaced my phone or keys- well... 1 gadget = 2 problems solved! This one was a gift. I like that the batteries are now replaceable, but there is an incredible “re-tile” program for re-cycle/up-cycle..? (Company seems to have it together): This tile has honestly been a game changer: If I lose (can’t remember where I laid down my phone?) - I click the tile button and it rings wherever it is (even if sound/volume on phone isn’t on!)... If I cannot locate where I left my keys? Pull up tile app, and click into it, reverse happens and it makes the tile gadget “ring” (which I have attached to my key ring). Thanks, Tile!

I love that I can find my stuff but I hate that you have to purchase a new unit every year. According to Tile, product is only intended to last one year, so you have to replace the product. They do offer a discount if purchased through the app. But this is not really convenient if you need a new tile right away. On the flip side, they will replace failing batteries for free within the first year. And I did quickly locate a brand new phone (not yet fully set up) on the side of the highway that was left on the roof top of a car! The tile was located with the phone on the inside of the phone case. So I suppose it is a small price to pay to locate a brand new phone. This is why I love it more than I hate it and would definitely recommend it. I just wish tile was more clear about the "ReTile Program" at the time that you purchased it. So 4 stars for sneaky policies.

Tile has saved me multiple times in the short time I've had it. Can locate my keys or phone (as long as location or Bluetooth is on).

It works well. It can sometimes tona few minutes for the tiles to connect and ring, but it works well. I mistakenly thought that double clicking a tile would ring all of my tiles, but it only rings your phone if your phone has battery power. I ordered adhesive from tile.com and attached a tile to my phone. I also have one attached to my keys. If ever I loose my keys and my phone while the phone is not charged, I can use my backup phone which I never use and keep in a safe place to physically ring my the tile that is attached to my phone or my keys.

I have gotten one of these as a gift and given them as gifts. I love the idea and it’s so convenient especially if you tend to misplace your things. The sound it makes when you ring your item from your tile app is loud enough that you won’t have a hard time hearing it or finding your lost item. As a plus, I didn’t even know this worked both ways! I’ve used my keys to find my phone quite a few times and the musical sound is very pleasant. I would definitely buy more of this product.

My honest opinion, id put it on a key chain.. but Do not i mean DO NOT use it to track your car.. it will make you have anxiety. I doesnt work from far range. Im a truck driver so im always traveling.

I use theseTile Mates to keep track of my keys and cats. Fortunately I have not actually needed them for their intended purposes. They were easy to activate and setup. I have tested the Tiles by placing them around the house and made sure I could locate them by using my phone. They worked well and one did notify me the battery needed replaced. This is the second set I have purchased. The first set was a couple years ago.

I got this Tile to replace an older one that no longer worked due to battery depletion. I was highly annoyed that I had to throw it away because I couldn't replace a button battery! I decided to get one of the new ones that has a replaceable battery because I find the Tile useful for someone like me who has a tendency to misplace my keys or phone. I've only had the new one operational for a short time but my tests on it show it to be very responsive and loud enough to easily locate the lost item. Thank you, Tile, for finally improving your product to make it a long lasting assistant instead of a short-term throw away gizmo. I would recommend this new improved Tile to anyone needing a very affordable locator assistant.

I'm so happy now these new Tiles have replaceable batteries and they are splash resistant! I have owned tiles for years and really do appreciate these upgrades. What I dont like, is that to make up for users not buying new Tiles every year, the Tile company has now decided to charge for how we track the devices. Basic tracking is still free, but they charge for premium tracking... I'll update my review if this "premium" business becomes a problem.

I bought enough so that everyone set of keys has one. It was easy to set up and easy to use. We purposely had our daughter hide my keychain in the house. She tucked them in a shoe in the box and bag and put jackets on top of it all. We located them in less than a minute. Yes, they were in the house, but can’t deny that we were able to locate them. Highly recommend.

So, these were on sale right before Christmas on a deal day. I bought two packs and gave them as stocking stuffers. The family spent about 20 minutes total installing them on key rings and important items. A few days later, my daughter couldn't find her keys. Hit the app, and located them within minutes. Later on, my son found his phone using the reverse find option. Good purchase in my mind even after a few weeks.

Working out, running around my job, or even at home, I am constantly losing my keys. Until one day at work I was over it and my coworker told me about the tile and I promise it has saved me from running around looking for my keys or even having to worry about where I laid them down. I love this little thing. Also, you can find your phone with it if you have your keys and has misplaced your phone.

It works pretty well finding my mom's phone. Volume and range are not phenomenal. Nor do I like the app's frequent attempts to get her to upgrade to paid premium service. But as long as she walks around the house, the tile works well enough from a room away to serve its purpose. Setup was super easy and two presses of the button on the tile does the trick.

This little device has saved me so much time finding everything from my keys, wallet, backpack, phone. I also have one on each dog of my dog's collars in case they roam out of sight. The tile makes a loud chime/song when activated by your phone and if you can't find your phone, find one of your tiles and press the button on it and it will ring your phone. I only found that they do not stick by their one year guarantee and make it impossible to get a replacement if it dies, even before a year.
