First time owning one of these and haven’t been disappointed.

1st tile worked for 13 month. This tile never worked. The software was glitchy. It always sent me to buy a new tile instead of connecting the Bluetooth software to my tile. Disappointing. Will not buy again.

This product is great for finding your keys inside your home. If you’re anywhere out of Bluetooth range, they are useless. I stuck one in my camera bag in case of emergency’s but little did I know the second you’re out of Bluetooth range which is about 30’ these are useless.

Does not work with IFTTT or other hubs like SmartThings

Hard to use. Doesn’t connect well. Not a good product

Adequate for use described. Over priced for function.

Perhaps I need to try a reboot of some sort but right now the phone and keys only intermittently find each other even when on the same table for testing.

Not loud and loses battery very fast.. does not hold value.

We keep misplacing our car keys and thought this would be a great gadget. Once we set it up the range was very limited and the sound emitted is very low and to get the features we wanted we had to pay an extra fee. Bestbuy was very good and let us return it. Don’t waist your time on this product.

It’s not loud enough I couldn’t find my keys with that on too

I lost my keys and I use my tile app to find them. When I pressed the “find” button on the tile app it took a very long time to find my keys .

Used to trace luggage but never worked unless I was right next to it. Would have returned but 15 days expired when I returned.

They break very easy. Not worth the money. And the ding didn’t always work. All of them was broke within 3 months of use.

Personally I don’t like it Already bought a high-value item and there is an in app purchase I feel like that’s not fair.

Battery replacement and battery cost a downer for me. And only supplied free battery for one of the 4 tiles.

I'm not impressed with it. I've had them before and the previous ones worked much better. Very disappointed with this one.

The Tile is kind of fun but is not reliable. It seems to be hit or miss when I have actually tried to locate it, using the app.

Complete piece of garbage, never works when I need it, I can literally be standing 5 feet from my keys and this thing still doesn't find them, this is not an item you expect to use that often but when you do use it you expect it to work.

Was not happy with it. The person at the store told us we can use it to keep track of something. We tried putting it in the trunk of our car when out son started driving. If your out of a certain range it doesn’t work. Not what we wanted .. we were misled! If you have to be in a small general area.. even if you put it on keys or in a wallet it’s not going to help you.
