A great need is being filled by Tile!! Great products and very useful!!! Love being able to find my keys, wallet, phones, you name it I can now find it!!!

These are great for getting to know where things are, however, if you were expecting an alert if you got too far away from your stuff, you’re going to be disappointed. The closest thing Tile can do is tell you if you leave a pre-defined place (like Home or Work) without your things, but you’re out of luck if say, you forget your wallet at a restaurant, you’ll only realise far too late. Tile Slim has worked consistently for me, however the two Tile Mate in this kit have died on me, only to realise 28 days later (tile shows a banner in the app). Got one of them replaced under warranty and the other just died shortly after. I like the app and customer service, but the hardware has been hit or miss.

I purchased tile mates for my kids, nieces and nephews for Christmas, and within a week of being used, one of them broke off my daughter's key chain. They are not durable products. Even worse, per the Tile company "physical damage isn't covered by warranty." No replacement for a product that has been used for a week and broke doing it's primary function - hanging off a key chain. But they did offer me a discount on a new one - how nice. Avoid this product! Per Tile: Our Tiles were built to last and are made of materials that are both light and durable. That said, there may come a time when you find that your Tile has suffered damage that renders it nonfunctional. Unfortunately, physical damage is not covered by the warranty. In this particular situation I can offer a 20% discount towards another Tile purchase. I'm sorry that this has happened, though I do appreciate your understanding.

I bought this pack for a friend of mine and ended up keeping 2 Tiles for myself. I put 1 in my wallet and 1 on my keys. I must say they do the trick as I have been notified several times that I left my keys or wallet behind after traveling a certain distance from each Tile. Its also nice to be able to locate your items from the app if needed. Also, very easy to set up within about 5-10 minutes.

Got the slim for my passport holder, I always worry that I will leave the house without it and missed my flight, now I just have to ring it before I go. This is a 4 pack with the new Mate, the Mate is quieter than the Pro but still works good. The app is easy to use and the tiles are easy to pair.

I always always always lose my wallet and keys. Having the slim in my wallet and the mate on my keys has been great for me. One time, since I've gotten them, I was unlocking my car so that I could put several items from the grocery store in. After helping my daughter in the car, I found that I somehow misplaced the keys so I could turn the car on. I looked in every pocket but nothing. Out came my phone to call up the app, and it turns out I had put the keys in one of the grocery bags by mistake so that I could have both hands free to help with the car seat. I also love that if you have your keys but lost your phone, you can press the button to make your phone ring. And the replaceable battery means that it will be of use for some time.

After losing my keys and spending a long time looking for them before being able to leave for the holidays, I was given this. As soon as I could I downloaded the app and set this product up for my keys and other items. The app is super easy to download and use. My problem is that the way you find your item is by going to the app and then hitting the "Find" button for the device you want to find. Tile "finds" it by playing a little tune that comes out of the Tile. That's nice, but it isn't helpful if you're in a loud room, are hard of hearing, or have other audio issues like that. There is additional help to find it on your phone visually, but that costs more money after a trial period. If we could fix those issues, this device would be perfect.

I had a Tile before and loved it. When the battery died I decided to get a 4 pack. I really like the Tile slim. I keep it in my wallet and I’ve already used it to find it when it got lost in the house. Hopefully, these aren’t something that you will use often, but when you’ve misplaced your keys or wallet, they are AWESOME! Also, the slim is very slim and I don’t even notice it in my wallet.

There took about all of 5 minutes to set up after downloading the app. We bought these for 2 reasons, to take a place in our luggage so that would could easily track it (make sure it’s on plane) and also to place in our wallets when we are in Europe to be able to find each other (my wife and I) in crowds or pick pockets even. These are easy, and work great.

The slim tiles are great for a wallet or purse and the mates are great for keys, backpacks, and other bags. The mates’ batteries are now easy to replace!! The slim tile batteries can’t be replaced, but they last 3 years (per tile packaging). I travel for work, so I love that I can track of my belongs just in case I leave them some where!

The Tile pack is great. This is the updated pack with replaceable batteries, and the slim units that easily fit in a wallet or purse so you can track these thinner items. This was bought as a replacement for my original Tile's as the batteries were dying after a year of use.

When you have kids you always seem to misplace your keys or phone, with this finding them is as simple as opening the app on your phone, Lose your phone just grab your key ring and hit the button on the tile and find it immediately no more tearing the couch apart and looking in toy boxes.

Our son forgets his keys all over and he has used Tile in the past. His old one was dead so we purchased this one to replace his old one. This works great if you misplace your keys or wallet often.

Do you lose your keys often? Well this is a great tool for finding them. Got it for my father often misplaces the keys. Installed the software on his smart phone, and put a small tile on the key chain. Then we tested it few times, and software found it each time.. cons, only works in about 30 feet or so.. you cant be home and try to see if you left them in the car in the parking lot.. you have to have internet you can walk around and locate them.. easy to set up.. works overseas as well.. they are not that cheap but definetely good option if you need such thing.. (last year i had bought sharper image version it didnt work overseas)

I bought these for my parents for Christmas, because my mom always loses her keys and my dad is always misplacing his phone. The tile has a button that will ping your phone, which is a great feature. These are a cheap way to prevent headaches down the road.

I like the fact that the newer Tiles have replaceable batteries (except for the Slims), so I didn't hesitate to get these when my old Tiles ran out of juice. This pack is a great value for what you get, and while I haven't needed to find a lost Tile very often, it's always worked as advertised. I keep the Tile app open on my phone all the time, so when I get a message that I've helped someone find a lost Tile I feel good about participating in the community. I keep a Tile Mate on my keyring, the Slim in my wallet and the others on other valuable items. The small cost is worth the ability to quickly locate a temporarily misplaced item, even if you aren't the sort of person that easily loses things.

I have this on my keys, ID badge and wallet, and downloaded the app on my phone. Saved me several times from being late to work! Just a click and I can find my keys, badge or phone. Simply amazing! Thank you!!

So glad I got these to keep track of my keys and items! I got these on sale too so it was a really good deal. Easy app use and linking to your phone too. Would buy again!
