It's a basic smartwatch that tells me what I need. Timex does need to put instructions in the box, instead of going online. The price is good, especially for people on fixed incomes that would like to find out how many steps they make, heart rate and oxygen usage. The battery last quite awhile before you need to charge again. I like it, and I am 70 years old.
