    Great small apartment mop / vaccuum!

    It's taken me a little bit to figure it out but I do really like the concept! I have lots of tile and parquet flooring in my apartment so its really nice to be able to wash and vaccuum at the same time. I can't figure out how to get the self cleaning on mine to work, and the handle keeps falling out while I'm trying to use it, but otherwise great! I like that I can use it in my kitchen, bathroom, and hallways. It was satisfying to see the dirty water tank to see there was progress being made on cleaning my floors!

    Love this vacuum/mop! With two dogs, I’m constantly battling hair and dirty paw prints, this handles both really well. It vacuums and mops at the same time, leaving the floors actually clean, and the self-cleaning dock makes maintenance super easy. Totally worth it for pet owners.

    The unit is simple to use. Does a good job. One thing I don’t like it only lasts 20 minutes. You can’t buy another battery.

The GO Max typically provides about 20 to 25 minutes of cleaning depending on which mode is used. Max Mode uses more power for heavier cleaning, while Eco Mode will extend the battery life.

    Poor product with no pump working. Dirt was not cleaned properly.

    Handle keeps coming off. I have tried to get it to clip and it will not. Also, after using for 1 hour today I put it on charge and now it will not work. I am so disappointed!!! We have had one of these (different model) at work for over a year. It still works great. Don’t buy this model.

    Never recieved the product and whe. I call tineco they tell me i have to contact best buy and when i contact beat buy they tell me i have to call tineco
