Picks up OTA stations well. Suggestions to improve product 1. Add ability to receive streaming channels like ESPN from internet sources so we can fill in OTA with channels that we are now missing from cord cutting. We have to switch the monitor from TIVO Bolt to a computer to get the streaming from ESPN etc which is a little inconvenient. A la Apple TV or roku etc. 2. Since the Bolt is suppose to have 4K capability (I haven't used this yet) it would seem that the satellite units would too. But they don't. Hmmmm. 3. On the guide screen suggest a little better integration of OTA + streaming that is supported like Netflix. Haven't checked to see if Bolt supports Netflix 4K - I couldn't seem to find this out ahead of time. 4. I'm within range of several cities with stations. When I set up the Bolt it requires zip code and only populates for nearby stations. Suggest a way to add stations to those that are pre-selected for our zip code. Once set up to change zip code means starting all over - which takes like half an hour. 5. Add more time to the 'pause live TV'. It's too short. Overall it works great - gets a lot of stations. Records and basically does what was advertised. I would recommend.

Faster than older TiVo products and love the new Skip & Quick mode features. Not a fan of the case design, not good for media cabinets.

I've used Tivo since the early days of series 2. The new Bolt, while oddly shaped, the performance is great! The flow of scrolling and jumping between menus is perfect, screens load in an instant. 3rd party apps like Netflix connect in 2-3 seconds compared to the endless loading that my premier 4 took. Also nice that the stream functionality is added into the Bolt and a separate device is no longer needed.

This is my third TiVo. I am a big fan of the product. It seamlessly integrates recording cable and streaming. I also like that it is 4k ready. While there is not much in 4k, YouTube does have a good selection. It is really great being able to watch 4k material.

The commercial skip alone was worth it! This TiVo is so much better then the rest!

This is my second Bolt, and my Third in the series of Tivo boxes. They really are the best out there as far as function and reliability. Have been with Tivo for about 8 years and will stay with them as long as they keep bringing good DVR's to the consumer with great features.

Easy set up and it really convenient to have built in apps.

Great DVR. Ditch your cable provider one and get a TiVo.

This Tivo is a step up from my previous Tivo. I like the upgraded features.

We've always been a long time TiVo fan. We haven't had a TiVo for some time now, but we've moved & changed to cable, & the cable dvr is not as intuitive or user friendly, we opted to get a TiVo & it's not disappointed us once.

I love that the TiVo Bolt has commercial skip. They complete the skip process very quickly after the show ends. With our TiVo minis, we have been able to get rid of our cable boxes.

At first this wouldn't work with our Comcast On Demand.. However, after a couple phone calls with Comcast we got it up and running & now we love it! Between the current free year of TiVo service along with the upgraded features on this model, we are very happy with this purchase.

the tivo system is very reliable and the Add-on capabilities makes the whole system a win win! If you subscribe to netflix/amazon prime and other services they offer, the shows you can watch are endless!

I did a lot of research and TiVo was rated best for over air antenna TV reception. I installed it with 2 Minis and Ethernet on our home net work. The set up was easy and about 15 to 20 min. Per device . I really like the ability to watch anything recorded from any device. Also the menu interfaces very well with all the major online providers Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu. I would highly recommend the Bolt to any one looking for a quality DVR with the best and user friendly menu system I only wished I had dropped cable sooner. Mr. G

Upgraded from older TiVo HD, 4 tuners and second room Mini r great! Really like Bolt's new menus and streaming capabilities. And iPhone and iPad streaming w TiVo app!

I like being able to DVR tv shows and being able to stream Hulu and Amazon prime videos from one box.
