    I purchases this model toaster june 2017. by march 2019 the two slots on the left side only toasted on one side. a week later, the other two slots on right side didn't work at all. now I'm out a lot of money for a toaster that I expected a longer life span. skip this, you're better off using your broiler to make toast.
