Love Van Halen. All of it. Especially the first 4 albums. Seen them with Dave, then Sammy, Sammy reunion and the Dave reunion. All great. Saw them on this tour. Band sounded awesome. Daves vocals not so much. This album is the same. I was surprised they did a live album. I thought they would do over dubs. I was wrong. It's exactly as they sounded when I saw them. Not so good. I still love them so much I would still buy this.

Good Van Halen music. Eddie still has the guitar chops. David Lee is still alright, just not as good a voice as when he was younger.

It comes down to this for me: I somewhat enjoyed listening to this album (I especially enjoyed the extra guitar on "I'll Wait"). However, as long as I have the original versions of all these songs, I probably won't choose to listen to the live versions that are presented here. Full disclosure: I feel this way about most live albums with a few exceptions (Bob Seger's Live Bullet comes to mind). Die hard fans only.

Eddie & Alex Van Halen never sounded better. David Lee Roth forgets how to sing on some of the tracks and just speaks the words instead. Hope to hear some new studio VH soon!

The first official VH live album with DLR does not dissapoint. It's a great representation of how VH sounds live at this point of their career with this lineup.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this album, but overall the sound is good. Dave's voice is not as strong as it once was, but the band sounds great.

If you love the original Van Halen you'll love this! Van Halen still has what it takes to put on a great show! This CD was worth every penny!

If Van Halen is planning on making a comeback with this cd then they can stay away, David Lee Roth is no longer the show man he once was the voice is gone & he just isn't Diamond Dave anymore. Hearing this cd makes me not want to see them live because I know I'm going to be disappointed.

Finally get a Van Halen live release with Roth. I would rather see one from their earlier years, like 1980. But it's better than nothing.

After listening to this album, it made me realize just how good Van Halen really is. Diamond Dave has lost some of the high notes, but what he lacks in singing, he makes up for in his commentary... he's one of the best in the business. Eddie and Alex can still play at the top of their game and Wolfgang was a pleasant surprise. Well done!

It is great to hear all the classic Van Halen songs on a live CD. Dave's vocals have lost a little range, but the band still rocks.

I would have hoped the lead singer would stay in sync with his own lyrics. Sound kinda of delayed. Other than that great album.

the only thing that would've made this album better is if it was the entire orginal line up... DLR and Michael Anthony..

I love DLR and I love Dave with Van Halen so I dig this cd. It's not perfect, but it's still cool if you're a fan!!

It took 37 years but Van Halen finally did a live cd with David Lee Roth on vocals. If you're a "classic" VH fan, this is an incredible cd. Not one bad song on the 2 disc set. Sure Roth flubs some lyrics, but it wouldn't be a true VH concert without his antics. I definitely recommend this cd!

Wolfgang adds lots of cool bass riffs to Van Halen classics. Wolfgang's background vocals are clear and strong, and mixed so you can hear his and Ed's vocals separately - a first. Playing is great! Dave still singing parts higher than in original recordings, but very good performance.
