Customers are enthusiastic about the immersive graphics and sound that draw them into the game. They also enjoy the endless multiplayer options and the fun and engaging gameplay. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the repetitive nature of the game, the occasional glitches, the lack of substantial end-game goals, and the presence of hackers on the PC version.

Tom Clancys: The Division is a good game. Coming from mostly fps shooters like battlefield4 , it was a nice change of pace. The game is a bit of a grind but its worth it when you defeat a boss and get a sweet and powerful gun.

The Division is a good game and I'm hoping that with the upcoming patch 1.1 it will turn out to be a great game. The solo missions leave something to be desired, but the multiplayer is getting better with each patch.

I normally get tired and bored of shooting games very fast, such as playing COD for couple days and then quitting. The Division definitely offered something different that I can enjoy playing without any stress, yet have fun playing with my friends. Excited to see what's in store for the rest of the year!

Though I'm not the one playing, my 15 year old son really seems to enjoy this game. While managing his time spent playing, he is able to interact with others and enjoy real-life game play.

Grindy 3rd person loot shooter that is worth a solid 20 hours easily. Wish they didn't seperate the season pass content as it adds worthwhile content but not at the price of another game.

This game is what one would expect from the Tom Clancy series. Not quite as hard as the old Rainbow 6 game, it can present its challenges. The graphics are fantastic and the interface is quite user friendly. I would definitely recommend this game to someone that has intermediate FPS skill.

I know there are a lot of issues with Division, well at least I've read. I really love this game. I play with a couple friends and nothing is better than hitting the DZ for loot and upgrading your gear. The graphics on my GTX970 (min requirement) run beautifully. I love this game.

The game looks and plays very well on my system with no issues. The main issue I would say I have with the game is after playing for about 6 hours the game gets rather repetitive.

had framerate and graphical issues on the xbox one, better experience on the ps4, but with a powerful enough PC you can adjust the settings and looks and performs better.

I played the beta before purchasing this game as I thought that it was going to be fun and exciting. The first 20 hours were fun but once you hit level 30 it becomes a grind-fest. You rinse and repeat the same process over and over just to get legendary weapons/gears. It is a tedious and long process. Most of the time you only get purple gears which sucks. There are only 3 different types of enemy, Cleaners, Rikers and Last Man Battalion. They are all are so predictable and easy to gun down once you have proper gears. You can solo all the elites boss without much effort. There is no strategy or tactics needed. Just a poorly design AI. As for PvP I think each server only allows up to 25 people which isn't much of a PvP. Nowadays there are many hackers making it useless to go loot in the Dark Zones. Also, if you're really well geared it is easy to do a 1v4 without much effort as others aren't even geared enough to beat you. They need to balance out players with their gears instead of just level. Once you become fully geared everything else seems pointless to do beside waiting at Extraction Zones and just killing for the fun of it. Overall this game is only fun until you reached level 30. There isn't any real end game contents and you will get bored afterwards. I would only recommend you playing this game when it is on sale for a cheaper price. At full retail it is not worth getting as there are better game to waste your time on. In case anyone is wondering I have put in over 200 hours into this game.

I was so excited for this game when I first heard about it back in 2013 at e3 though I never got a chance to actually play it. After playing through both the closed and open beta this year, I thought I'd save my judgement for the release as the developers promised the majority of my qualms would be answered with the final version. That however, was not the case. The environments are the same, visually appealing, but devoid of anything engaging. There's just...nothing worthwhile going on. For an open world game, I expected more. Random encounters with thugs are all the same, they look the same, they fight the same, and they talk the same s***. The biggest complaint I have of all, is the lack of social interactions. If I am to believe that I am a part of a large-scale government initiative to take back the city, don't make my only interactions for non matchmaking modes an area where I shoot fellow agents. In the end, after some 40 or so hours of playing, I reached the level cap and have not gone back. It feels like a chore to sit there and grind through this game, and for what? Loot? The desire to equip your character with the best gear results from a connection to the game whereby the player is emotionally invested. Loot for the sake of loot, sorely misses that note.

Fun game. Got a bit bored over the past week. Seems like (hopefully) the DLC will breathe new life into what is a fun yet monotonous game.

Really fun game. Would recommend to anyone that likes games where you fight enemies and get loot drops. Each mission you get better gear and constantly change your loadout. Really fun open world game.

I have enjoy "The Division" very much! I only give it 4 stars and not 5 due to the lag and stuttering I experience on my old system. I had not updated my system in some years and did not meet the minimum requirements. That being said I will admit that I was still allowed to play it, unlike many other games that stop you before you get started. I have enjoyed this game so much that I have now updated my PC to get the full enjoyment of this new Tom Clancy marvel.

The idea of a New York which has been shut down due to a disease is a great one, but the game gets old fast. Fighting the same enemies repeatedly just with more health and harder hitting guns as you level up. This might not have been noticeable had I been playing with friends, but as a solo player you get to really see the lack of creativity in enemies and AI.
