This game offers fairly simple, straightforward game play with beautiful graphics and impressive sound that'll be appreciated by just about everyone. First time play through took around 8 hours.

I had not played a Tomb Raider game since the PS3. I got this for my new PS4 and I am very impressed. The graphics look amazing, the gameplay is fast action and with a great story.

The game's graphics are great and the gameplay is excellent. It can be played on different enemy levels and the story is well written. Another well done Tomb Raider adventure.

This is a beautifully rendered, well though out, gloriously and (at times) brutally violent, origin story of the great Lara Croft. Can't wait to see what the next game brings.

Played it on the PC and thoroughly enjoyed the game all the way through. Then I heard they were making a definitive edition of Tomb Raider. I just picked up the PS4 and love me some trophies, so I picked up this game and beat it within the week. Graphics were amazing and the new little details in the definitive edition was noticeable. If you never played this game, I highly recommend it. Just imagine Uncharted, but with Lara Croft as the lead and yes I know Tomb Raider came before Uncharted. But that's what the gameplay reminds me of: Uncharted series.

Keeps the spirit of the original but seems totally fresh at the same time. Very interesting puzzle solving, platforming, and action. Lot of fun!

The game is great. The graphics are just as I expected, sharp, crisp and the action is great. This version stays true to the history of prior editions.

When first came to the PS3, the game was stunning and a fun game to play. So I was reluctant to purchase a copy of the same game just for a higher graphic overhaul. To my surprise I am very glad I did. The improvements are amazing with a great storyline to boot. Gameplay was immersive and found myself playing for hours without realizing it. The only downfall was the pricepoint. With the exception of the graphics and the extra DLC content (multiplayer which isn't that great), it is an older game and should have neen priced a bit lower. If you haven't played the PS3 version then I highly recomend this game. If you already played it on the other consoles then I would wait until a lower price to experience the enhanced graphics.

Excellent reboot of a classic series. The story and rpg elements do enough to distinguish it from others in the genre. Worth more than the reduced price, but still would have like a challenge mode after finishing main campaign.

Love this game. Overall game is great. This game has great graphics, gameplay is smooth, storyline is great. Still have not finished playing this game, so far I'm at 70% complete and this game has kept me very interested in going back to it. I love this type of games, this is the female version of Uncharted, so if you love uncharted series you'll love this too. I only own the remastered version for PS4 so I'm not sure what the difference is with the PS3 original version other than upgraded to work on a PS4 system.

I have been out of the gaming scene for many years, but recently decided to pick up a PS4 for when I want to kill some time. After looking through the game options, I picked Tomb Raider because it was advertised as having won many awards. I have to say, I am extremely impressed! Awesome graphics, game play, and very good story. It's a good mix of a shooter and puzzle game. It will keep you entertained for hours! If you are considering this game, I recommend going for it. You won't be disappointed.

This was one of the best games from 2013, the story was intense and the gameplay was fun. If you didn't play this when it first came out, you have to play it on next gen.

When I first heard that they were remaking this for next gen my first question was why. I loved tomb raider on ps3 and my expectations were low for this game. How much could they update this game in a year? I have to say I was surprised how much more I liked this than the ps3 edition. Great game and overall great update.

Game is action packed, graphics are amazing. Classic Tomb Raider.
