The gps signal is strong, it's easy to use, and has all of the features most people would need. I'm a serious runner and need a good, reliable watch to help my training. I was perfectly happy with this watch except for the fact that the watch and band are poorly designed. You have to remove the watch face from the band to charge and synch it, which is fine, but the watch face does not stay securely fitted into the band. It constantly comes loose to the point where I could barely pick up the watch, put it on, or take it off without the watch completely falling out of the band. This happened one time too many and landed on my tile bathroom floor, shattering the glass face. It's a shame because I liked the watch but now I'm out $150 and had it less than a year. Tom Tom customer service was not helpful at all. Now I be forced to look at other brands for a replacement because I'm afraid the same will happen and I will have wasted more money if I getvanother Tom Tom.

It is not the Cardio and does not support heart rate monitoring. I returned watch to Best Buy and the return process was fine. Customer service representative was pleasant and offered full refund.

The Ebay ad is incorrect as well and you have to read other companies' ads to know this watch does not perform as the ad implies.
