Unfortunately it really doesn't do much detail of anything else though. Very disappointed it only could track sleep hours not detail of when you are restless or awake like Fitbit. More info on when you were active and exercising (like how many calories burned during certain times) would have made this the perfect watch! I wanted to know specific exercise calories burned!

I'm sorry to read that the Spark Cardio+Music did not meet your expectations and you returned it. I would like to offer a tip to anyone else who may be reading this review and also wants to know how daily calorie burn. If you begin a start-stop activity, like running, gym, swim, etc. you can see the number of calories burned in a specific period of time in MySports and also on the watch in the workout history card. You can get to the history card by selecting the activity, and pressing up on the "Please Wait" screen. Again I'm sorry about your frustrating experience, but I hope this helps!

HR monitor was not accurate, would skyrocket my HR anytime I started an activity, so could never get an accurate reading. Also noted I forgot to turnoff activity when I finished a hike and the device continued to calculate activity when I got into my vehicle and started driving.

I had about two weeks, and exchanged for the TomTom Spark w/ Music, and and glad I did. Here's a summary of my first impressions with the Spark: Pros: -GPS is very accurate!!!! -GPS locks on quickly. -Auto upload data to favorite running apps. -Much smaller than Smart Run. Not the most attractive device, but it wouldn't be uncomforatble to wear all day. -Waterproof -Good battery life (so far) Cons: -Rubber wristband, would have preferred silicone. -No auto-stop feature for when you stop at a stoplight, for example. Strava, and possible other apps, does correct for this, though. -Headphone connection cuts out when wearing on left wrist.
