1st-off I tried several 4k tv's, all with either 1080 or 2160 resolution. Let's get this out of the way upfront, the 4k's AREN'T any better than a GOOD LED tv. The picture quality in the 4k tv's isn't any better! That being said, this Toshiba has great picture quality and sound. There is no web browser as it is not a "Smart TV", per-say. If you don't already have a Chromecast dongle this may be for you. You cannot control the Chromecast from the TV remote. You must use a smartphone, a tablet, or computer and the Chromecast app. Your best bet is to use or buy a small tablet to use as a Chromecast remote. I used a small cheapy-cheap Kindle ($39), rather than tying up my cell phone all the time. Pro's: Access to Lots, and Lots of apps via the Chromcast Marketplace; Good picture quality. Cons: Doesn't really feel "built-in" because you HAVE TO use a 3rd device to gain access to the apps; and No web browser for the same price as tv's with a browser. If you are a Chromecast fan this TV may be for you. If not, you may want to go the Smart TV route instead. TIP OF THE DAY: Do not bother paying extra for the 4K option. Spend your hard-earned $$ getting a good LED version of the TV's. The picture quality in side-by-side real world comparisons is the same!

I have always been a Toshiba fan, and this purchase just solidifies my faith in their products. Amazing picture and the built in Chromecast is an added bonus. The purchase price was just the icing on the cake.

The tv has a pretty good picture for the price. It does however randomly turn off and back on again. It’s something we should have returned it for, but we didn’t. Overall it’s ok. Not the best quality, but good for the price.

This TV has 4K and has a great picture, but was at a considerable lower cost than other TVs with 4K.

This tv by far has met my expectations. I researched tvs for months and for the price I paid at Best Buy for this quality, I was impressed! No other store came close to the deal that I found at Best Buy!

This was a Christmas present to myself. Up-graded from a 40" to this 55 " uhd set (2160 resolution). Built in audio is more than adaquate, however, I use a soundbar with a subwoofer. Picture is excellent, build quality is very good. Only complaint: after turning on, set goes to chromecast home page, unable to change this setting, would prefer went to sattelite instead. I would recommmend this set.....good value for the money.

Got this on sale, really good feature with the chrome cast. Also not too bad of picture quality.

Overall, I like this tv. Picture is excellent, sound is really good when you find the bass enhancement. Not sure about the Chromecast part of it...not sure I can figure it out as I am a senior and this is just kind of not my thing. The only thing that bothers me is that frequently the sound is not in sync with the lips of the speaker on the show. It is kind of distracting. Otherwise, I think this is a really good buy

We got this tv on sale for $429 and it feels like a $1,000 tv. The picture is amazing and sound is great too. We enjoy the built in chromcast and find it easy to stream from phone or tablet.

The picture quality on this tv is amazing for the price, the chromecast works flawlessly and this tv looks great mounted on our bedroom wall. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this tv again.

I went to Bestbuy to purchase a Samsung, but comparing the specs and the price I went for a Toshiba. The picture quality is amazing. I love everything about this TV. Set up was easy.

Great tv - 4k works nicely. Just wish it was more than 60 hz and had more hdmi inputs.

This television is a great deal for under 500 bucks. Great picture, great sound and the chromecast was easy to setup up and use. I'm considering purchasing another for my master bedroom.

This TV has a very nice picture for the price. But I'm not a fan of the ChromeCast for a home TV. We are also going to add a sound bar because the volume has to be adjusted throughout a movie. Not sure if it is the TV itself or the acoustics of the room. I've always purchased Samsung in the past and will go back to their SmartTV models on my next purchase. But this TV is great for the price.
