    WOW, such a great looking TV w/ so many problems

    I love the picture and sound but that is where my love ends. Biggest negative is switching between Fire TV and the HDMI inputs. The TV will switch to the HDMI port but it does not display the signal from that device until I disconnect the device's HDMI cable and reconnect the HDMI cable. (That happens on all HDMI ports; hooked up to any type of device) The next biggest negative is the audio out, I use an optical cable. When I hook it up, it works but after a short time the sound stops. Nothing I can do will restart the sound. I have to wait for the TV to decide if it wants to output the sound. (I bought 3 different optical audio cables and I used 3 different devices. I had the same problem each time; after a while no sound.)

    Horrible television. Sometimes it wouldn’t even have a picture and it was only a couple weeks old. The delay on the remote sucks.

    I can’t even watch an app without the tv kicking me out !!!! What a waste of money robbery u guys stole my money u should at least took me to dinner it lasted 2 weeks before I threw my fist into it most satisfying thing I ever did !!!!!!! Thanks for the shittyyy tv junk by all means

    This is the worst TV i have ever purchased. The services through Best Buy are pathetic. The customer service at the geek squad in Lancaster is horrible and they very rude

    I’ve had two of these TV’s as Best Buy replaced the first one because anout every hour TV would switch back to the Home Screen or go Black and would have to restart. The second TV was worse so ended up replacing with a Hisense. Best Buy was very easy to work with

    Screen pulled alart under 30 days of purchasing, we have 4 additional tv’s that are samsungs….i will NEVER support Toshiba / Hisense again as this tv was a puece of junk! Son’t waste your money, buy Samsung!!

    Keeps kicking me out of any streaming service im usuimg wont play it ornwill play for 2 seconds then goes back to home screen. Im very frustrated, as its taken me over 30 minutes to even play a show or movie!
