I really wanted this system to work because it really is beautiful in person but it had problems from startup. The stylus would pick up during certain parts of the record playing and skip which had me worrying that it would scratch my new vinyls that I waited to listen to until I got this system. The automatic shut off function for when a record is finished playing only worked 1 out 10 times playing multiple sides of records. However, if it worked, the sound was amazing even when playing music to the speakers pairing my phone. I wanted to exchange it for a working one only to be told that I couldn’t because of stock :(

This turntable came in and was beautiful. Unfortunately, I would imagine due to an oversight by Toshiba, the plastic that holds the arm blocks the needle from dropping on the edge of the record. The result is that for any standard 12 inch records you will not be able to hear the first half of the first song on each side. Disappointed because the setup sounded decent and looked great but this is an error that renders the player unusable in my opinion.

There isn't anything that works with this... the turn table is so off balance it sounds warped. Bluetooth just makes random noise, USB does notwork at all. The speakers sound hollow and cheap barley loud enough to hear standing right in front of the stupid thing. Nothing surprising at this point from BestBuy tho... service sucks, products are trash, when will this place just go away!

Easy to set up. Speakers very good. Speaker wire was too short so purchased a roll of it so I could extend the speakers more. Turntable drags at times but adjusting the tone arm seems to have relieved that. Nice little unit.

I bought this for my dad on his birthday, when he open it, the plastic lid that covers the disc came all cracked, we removed it but somehow it looks bad without its lid. Didnt return it because I live like 100 miles away from the city. Its sad to buy something "new" when they send you something that somebody else had alredy return it and give it to you. Because it looked like it was already opened before.

I bought two of these within a month, first one wouldn't start at the beginning of the record, no matter what I tried. Second one, believe it or not, did the exact same thing. And it slipped on brand new records.

I was so excited that I found a turntable with speakers. But one of the hinges broke when I put the top on it. I would have replaced it if they had it in the store.

It came with a broken clip for the cover. We will be returning it next week.

Unfortunately the product was damaged. It was cracked and the drop that likely cracked the turntable cover also damaged the turntable. Will have to return. Sad because it looked like it would have been great.

Sounds good. Construction could have had better quality control but after I moved plastic piece a problem was resolved. Moving arm manually not too easy but all in all a good purchase

The arm never began at the beginning of the album. And after three tries the arm would not move.

I love this turn table. Worked out prefect for me.

The "Tone Arm Lock" keeps the Tone Arm from falling correctly at the beginning of LP Album. This means you miss the beginning of the first song on each side. Too bad, sound quality is pretty decent.

My collection sounds better then ever on this Toshiba turntable. Fills up my entire house with clarity and crisp sound. love it
