I bought this hard drive based on price and price alone and I could not be happier with my decision. This is my 3rd external hard drive to date. I have a 250 gig Western Digital dinosaur, a compact 500 gig Seagate and now this slim Toshiba Drive. I paid much less for this drive then the other two mentioned. I bought this drive to use as my primary storage device on my Xbox One. Since the data migration I have nothing but positive to say about this drive. The read and write speeds are better than the Xbox One’s internal unit and the drive runs quiet as it motors through match after match on the Xbox Live Network. So far I have used over 500 gigs of my 2 TB drive and have played over 300 hundred matches with no slow down issues. I am happy with the performance and build quality of the unit and I would recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because I have been having a hard time with my mac and needed to store its info so i could reboot it. This hard drive is small, cute, and does the job. Toshiba is a great company and I'm glad this hard drive worked great with my mac. It was also really speedy with saving my stuff

Have had it for almost a year now and it's still working fine. Not too thrilled with the included software--it's been refusing to work properly, which means I don't have system backups, which is why I have an external hard drive. So, expect to need to find better backup software. My one regret is not buying a bigger drive.

I've been using this with my Xbox360 with mixed results. It doesn't always boot and it seems slow to load when it does. I never checked Xbox support regarding this specific drive. It works though, when it works or after I unplug it and reconnect it. No data loss, no other issues. I'm sure it is a great data drive for PC, just not for Xbox 360. Will be trying it out on Xbox 1 soon. Wish me luck! :)

This hard drive is attached to the back of my Xbox One and has been working perfectly since day one. Highly recommended.
