We just wanted to share a thought regarding your comment that you now save all your photos and music direct to this drive. We expect the drive to provide many years of reliable performance and yet want to point out that no storage medium is immune to potential and eventual failure, so it's highly recommended to always have at least one backup copy (along with the original) of your valuable data on a separate storage device.
