I was able to get a terrific price on a Toshiba laptop intended for an average user or student to surf the web , email and so on . The laptop came with plenty of bells and whistles . A free upgrade to Windows 10 was also included and could be downloaded right out of the box . I picked up the laptop at the local Best Buy and the ordering process went very smoothly .

The only reason for the 4 stars is the lack of responsiveness of the touchpad. The problem may have been exclusive to this particular laptop. Other than the touchpad, the specs are very good and it has a touch screen. What more could you want?

Been in the market for a new laptop, this one was on sale for $249, apparently pricing error and went back up to $279, was able to snag for $179 with gift certificate, so great value, seems great so far! My first Toshiba!

This is a simple easy to use laptop, worth every penny. My laptop before this one had several problems and I could no longer deal with using it and repairing it. So far this computer has been nothing but a breeze. It is great for college students that need it for basic functions.

Love this laptop. Didn't like the Windows installed when purchased but downloaded the new Windows 10 and navigation so much easier. The touch feature is great.

This is a great computer for school work or applying for jobs many things. Sometimes Toshiba laptops need a little tweaking to actually work the way they should for instance sometimes the computer will connect and disconnect from the Wi-Fi off and on.

Took me some time to figure out how to use the finger mouse pad and mouse navigation, but I am getting the hang of it. The cursor seems to disappear at times, but I think this is all just because it's new to me.

I purchased the touch screen and in the past I've only had standard PC's so it's taking a little while getting used to the Windows operating system. I think I will grow to like it more as I use it.

I love the touch screen feature on this laptop. I was able to upgrade to windows 10 very easily as well. So far no complaints with this laptop.

I purchased this laptop for my son who is taking college classes this fall. He really enjoys the flexibility of using the mouse pad or the touchscreen.
