Poorly Fitting Parts

With few adware features on board, bootup was swift and smoothe and the computer was responsive. The only problem was that the plug from the power supply would not stay in its socket in the computer. A visit to the store revealed that it could not be repaired. While Best Buy made good on the warrantee, the replacemend did not have a touch screen, but did have more memory. In short, the computer was very nice, especially for the money, but there was no repair for it, requiring a replacement unit.

Nice laptop

I love everything about it except the placement of the usb slots. I like to use a mouse so plugging anything into the right side is in the way!

Fixable problems
