This particular model seems to have issues with completing updates, running Office 365, Windows "failure", and the power supply has been an issue in all 3 units. Not pleased at all!

Please consider sharing the symptom that you're experiencing which makes you believe there's a problem with the power supply. Also, can you tell us more about the nature of what you described as a "Windows 'failure'"?
There should be no issues with running Windows Updates or installing and using Office 365, though completing updates can take a bit of time and exact a bit of a performance hit on the system until it is completed -- especially if you're in the process of upgrading to Windows 10. (Are you?)

My wife was unable to connect to the wifi at both work and school the following day. We brought it back to Best Buy and had them check it out and they said that the product was no good and refunded our money.
