    Computer is very slow. Has a black screen every so often. The computer was suppose to a windows 10 but turned out to be a windows 8. Paid for data transfers that was not done until I complained. They set up outlook and now I can't use it.

      Thank you for the review, Robert, and sorry for the misunderstanding, but the 'Overview' and 'Specifications' of the Satellite C75D-B7202 page here at bestbuy.com seem to clearly specify that this model is bundled with Windows 8.1. That said, Microsoft is providing Windows 10 as a free upgrade so I recommend installing it from your computer's Windows Store.

      I'm not clear on who you paid for data transfers and to have Outlook set up, but recommend that you follow up with that party to address any problems that resulted.

    I have had my computer for a month and it is a piece of junk. I have had my grandson over several times to fix probems. I am trying anew one this afternoon and then if I still have problems I'm returning it and going someplace else.
