This computer has what I needed for a great price. I really need more memory but after a divorce and ending up without a computer this one does the job for now and I will be able to get a better one later. I will also look into upgrading the memory...although not sure if this is possible.

Love the laptop, just have to get used to windows 10. Exactly what I needed and at the right price.

I bought this computer online through BestBuy as a replacement for my old one which I also bought through BestBuy. I purchased my second one through them because I had such great service and downloads avaible with BestBuy. The screen is a very good size and the key board letters are extra large. I have enjoyed the Hi Def screen very much.

Works great and love the Windows 8. This wasn't my initial purchase, but when the HP I bought with Windows 10 crashed after a week of use (pretty much only used it for emails during that time) and HORRIBLE customer service from HP "support" we decided to get the Toshiba, and I LOVE IT!!! Easy to work and the 8 set up is fantastic

well touch screen seems to be nice but its very touchy and u don't even have to hit anything and it will go to other sites .. by it self .. the windows 10 is very unuseful .. u spend all your time trying to locate stuff .. needs to be more friendly and easier to locate stuff .. maybe take a look at older operating systems and less .. everything online stuff .. in the set up .. so pathetic

I picked it up for the size which was great especially for the price, however the processor was not sufficient for me at least for running multiple programs! Great starter computer maybe would choose something different for more strenuous work?

Everything seems to be working fine at the moment set up was easy will update.

Have been using it for a few weeks now. So far no issues, other than the occasional freezing. Do not expect this to be a heavy hitter computer and it definitely should not be purchased for gamers. As far as an office work computer (which is my need), it is reliable and I have had no issues. Toshiba is a reliable company, so I am expecting reliability for this laptop.

This is my second Toshiba Satellite 17.3" laptop. The construction of this laptop is not as good as my first one. The housing is not top grade plastic. The plastic came apart at the seam on the screen and BestBuy.com was very helpful and reshipped another one to me. The laptop came with Windows 8 and the upgrade to 10 was a headache, but enjoying the laptop now.

Needed a laptop quickly and found this one at BestBuy online. And the local store had one! The plastic is thinner on this one than higher priced models, but it is used as a desktop so I don't close the lid often. A little flimsy because of the thickness, but meets my needs fine.

This was very easy to get going after buying it. I really like the TOSHIBA brand. I was impressed with how fast this is and the amount of storage is more then enough. I feel that this laptop will last me many years.

this is a very nice laptop and easy to figure out.

Upgrading from a much older HP makes this one look like a Cadillac! Seriously, I'm impressed with the processing speed. I was able to transfer my data relatively easily and quickly. My biggest issue now is learning to navigate Windows 10.
