Bought this to replace my grandsons Toshiba I3 which he soaked with a soda. This is the same specs at his other toshiba, with the exception of the processor. He loves the new computer and it plays games and minecraft flawlessly. I have 6 other toshiba laptops which I use in my business. Great computers.

I bought this laptop for homework and just web browsing, but if I pull many tabs up at once, the laptop lags somewhat. I still use it every day and have had it for 3 years. The lagging of the tabs has always been an issue. I would still recommend to any student

It's a 17'' screen so it's useful for watching movies, browsing the net and such, but as performance goes, for a computer this big, you normally want something more powerful.

For $300 (open box) it was a solid computer but I hated the trackpad and it still froze up on me even when I first got it.

This is my first time purchasing a Toshiba product. Overall the experience had been a good one, it takes some time to getting used a slightly different keyboard with the function keys and backspace and delete. The laptop itself is light and sound and screen are good.

I enjoy the clarity and the functionality of the computer. I works perfectly for my mother to play her games and surf the internet with ease. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Works very well for my needs. Purchased this item for school. Seems to have good functionality with windows 10. If you want a cheapish computer for school this will suit your needs just fine.

So far has been great asset. Only wish they would have included Microsoft Office package.

I had to upgrade the windows to 10 from 8.5 . was surprised to see that the starter security was only good for a short time . Had to download a media player . Purchased a Norton security system and uploaded it into the laptop .

When my laptop died, I purchased another Toshiba, which has proved to be as good so far as my old one! It was a great price at Best Buy, and exactly meets my needs for home use.

It has a great large screen, very light weight, great value price. Fast shipping. Bonus virus protection plan. I would recommend this laptop to a friend. Great brand of laptop.

I wanted a laptop for home and occasional travel. I use it mostly for the internet, watching shows, and basic document writing. This is perfect for me, I love the big screen.

to find a good laptop for under 400.00 seems to be too good a bargain, I got this machine and use it for 2 to 3 hours a day... I cannot say anything bad about this product

Pre-loaded with a bunch of nonsense. Once you uninstall it and set it up without that running, it works much more efficiently. Battery life is good, screen is bright, charger is durable, quick start-up and quick resume

The upgrade to win10 was smooth however the computer is kind of slow though I haven't installed any additional software yet ...

I haven't figured it all out yet (my old laptop had Windows 7) but I am learning more every day just by using it. This one has Windows 8 so I am still learning it.

My husband needed a new computer after his died. This Toshiba has performed perfectly without any problem. It has plenty of memory and space. Toshiba has done another excellent job with their computers!

Sound is terrible screen is not very sharp I would say on a scale of one to ten its a six
