This computer seemed fine for my needs, but out of the box it operated much more slowly than the one it replaced. I upgraded to Windows 10 with no problems, then went into Settings to wipe the drive clean to get rid of all the bloatware, much of which apparently ran on startup. I did a clean re-install of Windows 10. Then I reloaded my files via my Carbonite subscription. The result has been terrific. The process makes me wonder why the manufacturers sell computers by telling us how fast they will be, then load them up with bloatware that just slows things down.

This laptop provides me with a reasonably-sized screen (i.e., easy for we elderly people to read), yet it's still relatively small and light-weight.

My wife loves her laptop and finds it works just great. She uses it daily. She would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a this priced laptop.

Got this for use in my small business. It is great for the price. Good amount of memory, and large screen. Runs my photo shop program like a charm.

Had my previous Toshiba for 9 years so I knew its what I needed again! Only had it a few days but I love it! Its got everything I wanted!

Toshiba makes a good product. It is also fairly priced.

out of the box...plug it in....ready to go....even had security on it...these have come a long way since my old abacus.......lol !!!

This is my first laptop and I think it's an excellent product. Easy to use for a beginner.

System is slow and sometimes nonresponsive even after switching to a higher rate of speed for the internet. I have a problem accessing my e-mail account, the system locks up and I can't close attachments without going back to reboot the system. This might be a compatibility problem with NetZero ... however I am not satisfied with it.

Its a bit slow to start up and the download for windows 10 takes forever. Once it gets running its pretty fast and the hraphics are good and really easy to connect to my tv.

A great computer for everyday office work. It's very easy to use. I would recommend it to anybody needing a basic work computer.

This has everything that my daughter wanted to play Sims 4. The only drawback was that it had Windows 8. We upgraded to Windows 10, but I'm not sure about the OS yet.

The AMD A8 processor is really great for running some heavy specs. Decent amount of RAM to work with and a large screen.

Fast, easy to use and priced perfect! Why spend more money for just a touch screen..no reason..this one does it all!

Great laptop but because of the screen size the rest of the laptop is too large to be able to type comfortably.

Just needed a computer for basic processing, and college. this has a nice screen, and works well for the tasks
