Got the laptop up and running in no time but have to exchange it with a different hp model because of the storage is too little. Very happy with the laptop performance wish it could have bigger storage space for this model.

I am a computer science major in college and i love using this computer for my programs. only thing that is wrong with this computer is that it has so minor issues with the touchpad. other than that this is a great buying option if you are looking for an everyday computer!

I found this laptop to being the best considering what I wanted and the features. It could be better in a lot of ways and I hope this lasts and works as expected. I am enjoying its use so far and not having problems as described in most reviews I looked at before the purchase.

This should satisfy my family's persistent insistance that I purchase an upgrade for all it's advantages, especially the convenience of texting & photodocumentation. It will take a while to master all it's uses & ramifications but thus far I am quite pleased.

Light weight, fast enough for all but gamers. No DVD player so movie buffs be aware. Great value.

I like the slim and compact of it and the internal specs. I would never be able to find a laptop this compact with 8gb of ram unless it was a surface pro. This was within my price range for a undergrad student on a budget.

This laptop has many things going for it. For a PC, it feels pretty sturdy (compared to, for example, a 2011 MacBook Air) given its metal body. But it has a few fatal flaws which translate to making it unusable, for me at least. The first is the trackpad is very erratic. It will work fine sometimes for the first 10-15 minutes, then it begins to just freeze up. By freezing up, I mean I will slide my finger across the trackpad in ANY direction at ANY amount of pressure and the pointer will not move. I must wait another half second, try again, then if I'm lucky the pointer will move. While using a bluetooth mouse, this did not happen so I am assuming this is an abnormality of the model, or maybe just the one I happened to get. I also experienced multiple episodes of the "display driver" not working and the computer freezing up. I deleted driver, reloaded it and that did not seem to make a difference. There may be more options for that problem but given the trackpad issue, and the vitality of that, I'm not willing to explore it. At $550, it is decently priced with a beautiful screen, good amount of RAM and great SSD (toshiba also). But I need a portable laptop that can function as such and this is not that laptop.

It was a good laptop. Very lightweight and functional however, the laptop would freeze whenever I tried to stream videos.

Very powerful and has lots of features. The battery life is short and the key board is difficult to use.

my first 2 in 1 laptop-tablet, very impressed. beautiful screen and clear sound. I wish the battery life would last longer but thats the case with most of these 2 in 1 units.

Awesome picture and sound quality at a reasonable price and the touch screen is definitely nice!

I bought this laptop because it was small and light. But when I got it home and really spent some time with it, the keyboard was too cramped, the screen was just too small even though I usually have it attached to a monitor. The laptop itself felt poorly made and after a short time of running the laptop, the unit started to have a loud humming noise. I immediately returned it to the store.

After using a Folio 1020, I've found the 12-inch ultrabook is just the perfect size. 13 now seems too big, and 11 too small. I read reviews on the Radius 12, all of which were the 4k version. They were so-so, and I've found that most of the complaints don't give me any problems. Build - Great size, thin, light, and premium feeling for the most part. There are some plastic accents that take that down a smidge. Keyboard- One of my complaints, the keyboard keys are strangely small. The gaps between them are larger than normal, and some like the tab key and the arrows are laughably tiny. That being said I don't find much trouble typing, though it isn't the best. Touchpad - While I'm not a huge fan of the coating, the touchpad is accurate, large, and gives me zero issues so far. Battery life - Not bad at all. My indicator gives me between 5 and 7 hours for normal use. Performance - No problems at all. SSD is speedy, boots fast, no issues here. Heat isn't terrible either. I loaded up a game to stress it, and the keys got warm but nothing unbearable. Really I would recommend this for a great sized ultraportable laptop that gets good battery life, and has great build quality. My only complaints really would be the smaller keyboard, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Love the size speed and touch screen. It's so easy to use and the support has been great.
