I purchase new laptops about every 6 months because we run a tech support company and need to know what to recommend to others. Previous laptop was a surface pro 4 which is amazing except for actual on your lap use. The toshiba radius is a perfect size and weight for taking with you all day while still working perfect on you lap. Pros: amazing screen, powerful processor, plenty of ram, Windows hello, light weight, backlit keyboard. Cons: the screen has a glare or haze in certain lighting conditions. Also, the first unit I recieved had a defective trackpad like many others have had. My second unit is perfect so far. I would buy it again. Looking to sell my surface pro 4 (amazing device if you don't need to use on your actual lap often as I do).

Perfect size laptop/tablet Issues: When using as a laptop pc freezes and unable to use mouse pad and have to use as tablet. when viewing video display card freezes and restarts very often I will be returning it to have replaced if issues are not resolved

This laptop is extremely fast. Loads up in a matter of seconds, the SSD is great and the Intel i7 just completes the whole package. Battery life is excellent, backlit keyboard is great. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Eazy to setup. Sales person was very helpful. Display is cristal clear

Good laptop with adequate function. Weigh a bit more heavier than I expected, but otherwise all good. One downside is the flip capability isn't functioning correctly. Everytime I turn the keyboard over, it won't shutdown entirely, so I easily enacted the keyboard.

The size of this computer is excellent for ease of transport. The screen resolution is wonderful and has great speed for a laptop of this size. I use it as a tablet and as a laptop for personal use, work and school.

Good product. I bought the first one and had problem with the touch pad. Best Buy exchanged it for me and the other one just perfect. Nice size and weight

For such a small laptop it is powerful. light weight does not get hot. the monitor is very nice the images are very crisp and clear.

I recently picked up this laptop for work and Im very satisfied with its performance. Im an Apple diehard but work has slowly moved me over to the PC side. This laptop is light, nice screen and very fast, it does everything I needed and then more. I highly recommend it to anyone on the fence of buying this unit.

It is quick, great screen,light weight, fits in my purse, it is great, I am glad I chose it.

I use this as a travel computer. Light and durable. At home, I sometimes use this to stream Netflix. Great purchase.

This is my first purchase of a Toshiba laptop. The experience has been very good especially compared to my old Dell which has had one headache after another and Dell refusing to correct the problem after the warranty period even though they never corrected it prior to the expiration date. I look forward to utilizing all the features of the Toshiba including the 4K and HK sound system..

The his laptop is fast, powerful, and has a great finish. However, none of this can be harnessed if the mousepad does not work. Seven days into the purchase and the mousepad starts freezing with no end in sight.

Have you to use a mouse with the computer, trackpad is awful.

love the 2 in 1 its a great computer when you want to have a tablet and a computer all in one

I was excited about buying it, and then I went to use it I had the mouse frozen up several times in one session. The touch screen became my back up, but I need to use the mousepad more often for PowerPoints. It's extremely frustrating. I hope they fix these bugs.

Love this, fast with all the options I need for college

Smooth and fast, keyboard feels great too. Random fan noise but not an irritant. Alittle disappointed with battery life...but oh well. Still have beautiful picture and awesome sound.

Feels solid. Plenty of ports for full connectivity. Lots of power for video. Lots of storage for archived video. Small package - an inch all around smaller than standard laptop and thinner and lighter. Will do well in my backpack.
