    Cools fast for a small room that gets sun almost all day. It is more quiet than a Fredrick costing 200 dollars more and blower fan died just under 1.5 years. Seems this btu is not made anymore it's just right for smaller room up to 225 sq.ft. all in all very good a/c unit brand well made.
