This came in quickly and it was great put it in my phone and set it up less then 15 minutes tops y’all came in clutch

I did not find it nice that it does not include 2 sim cards however it was easy to activate.

Its a sim card for mobile phone service and data on a trial basis basically. Needed an additional phone for a very short period. So this was the quick and easy answer. So far so good.

I bought the sim card kit online and picked it up from my nearest BBY. After activating the phone won't recognize the sim. Turns out, it was a BAD sim. Ordered one more for pickup, the order was not ready and the in-store price for sim kit was $5. When I asked for price match, it was denied as the SKUs were different. So I decided to get the order shipped, which was delivered next day and was able to activate my service.

I decided against using total by Verizon following a phone call to customer service. The person who answered was unable to respond to my question about the physical presence of a local walk-in store. He said he was the only person answering calls nationwide. I don't know if that was accurate, but I want better customer service than that. Btw, they are a completely a separate entity from Verizon. I'm very happy using Twigby. Great price, great support (so far, anyway: )

It has 2 different sizes and works as expected. It works with Total Wireless, even though the packaging is the older branding of "Total by Verizon".

This sim did not work on my LG-V40 ThinQ even though the website said my IMEI was compatible. It used the Verizon network. I could make and receive calls but I could not send or receive text messages. 4 tries with tech support was useless. They could not figure out why it did not work for texting. It should have worked. 6 months ago this phone worked just fine on the regular expensive Verizon network, so it should have worked with Total By Verizon, but it did not.

Could not use it as my phone doesn't support 5G. Can't speak about the service as I couldn't use it.

I ordered this Total By Verizon SIM card for pick-up at the local store. The delivery was quick and pick-up was easy. With that said, I will never every work with Total By Verizon again. I was a Total Wireless customer before Verizon bought it. They no longer have any customer service. During my switch to a new phone, the phone representative could not get the new phone to connect, although they had no problem disabling my old phone. After speaking to 10 phone representatives over the course of two days without a working phone, I ended up having to buy another SIM card so they could get my old phone to work again. They could not (would not) connect me with a manager because they said *they* were the manager. Each person I spoke to read from the same script and, after asking me the same questions, told me someone would call back in a few hours. When that didn't happen, I was forced to call back and go through the exact same process over and over again. Very upsetting. I am no longer a customer. There are other less expensive MVNO options that have good customer support and want to keep their customers.

Contact them first before buying. This was not a eSIM one.

Great purchase. Needed one for a family member who was going to be in town temporarily. It comes with a $30 data plan which is affordable compared to other individual plans

Great for my cousin who need a phone while he was visiting from out the country

I have no doubt this product would have worked, but my phone was not compatible and as a result, I had to return it for a refund.

It's ok but the only thing I didn't like was it gave me a different area code

Set up was easy. It meets all the needs for a SIM Card and very convenient.
