    I bought this phone on a great deal until I realized the Verizon plan was not as good as I thought it would be. Had to return it and try a different provider. My advice is to make sure it's the prepaid carrier you want before purchasing a phone.

    LG Optimus Zone 2 is a good phone for its price - I got it for a little over $16 when it was on sale. The phone has relatively good settings for a 3G. But the battery life is quite short, I have to charge it 2X a day.

    I can understand why this phone has reviews all over the place. The screen is not visually impaired friendly; it's a challenge to put together, and you don't get monthly bundles like you do with other phone plans. However, if you are looking for a budget friendly smartphone for the beginner, this is the one to get. I really had to sit down with the Verizon people to get my phone activated verified and registered. However, it IS worth it. If you want to adjust things with the services, just go to Verizon.com. It works best with the $60 $70 prepaid plans but it is worth it.

    I got this phone with Best Buy and it was part of a promotion with $25 Best Buy reward. I never got the reward. Called them twice and both time say I will get it after waiting for 30+ minutes on the phone. VERY BAD deal!
