    Great phone at a great price dont compare it to a 200 dollars phone. But worth 60 dollars and I got it for half of it.

    I like the product, but it didn't come for 4 weeks. My grandchild was due and I had lost my phone. I live 70-80 miles from nearest store and I needed to receive my phone before I was going to the city again. This is why I made the order. Since I received the phone, I had problems programming it to work in my area. Phone support was very diligent trying to help me troubleshoot. It took a very long time, and I had to troubleshoot further. As a result I couldn't use the phone for 4 more weeks. I am happy with Verizon employees who helped me, but I would recommend going to a store to purchase a phone unless you are tech savvy.

    This product was not for me..the keyboard was to small and it seemed a little slow at times but that could have been the service in certain areas. Best Buy did allow me to return the product with no issues. Would I recommend the product hard to say because the keys were to little for me but might work for someone else so I will say yes based on that fact.
