I received my phone a few weeks ago and so far it's been great. The only problem I've come across is that the battery doesn't last as long as I like, but other than that no complaint.

The phone works great, battery does seem to die quickly. I wish the the operating system was a little more user friendly like apple products but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Just need a low end smartphone for my mom who only needs a basic phone to make phone call and check emails. This LG prepaid phone is a good option for her since it let her do what she needs to do and won't break the bank. It is a prepaid phone, so no contract and it is a good thing for my mom.

Very happy with the photo album options. Much better than Samsung. Should've come with a calculator, had to get one. Eric is always very customer friendly and ready to help.

For what this phone costs, you can't get a better deal. It comes with enough bells and whistles for 40 bucks there is nothing lacking for a 45 a month prepaid phone. Great screen resolution, fast 4G, and the phone itself has a fast processor so it's pretty zippy.

Phone does what is stated. Only complaint is the resolution and the quality of the camera, but what do you expect from a low end phone. Gave it to the kids to stay occupied and to keep them off my phone.

I have always owned samsung phones and loved them switched to lg phone and I'll never own any other brand very impressed
