I use my phone for text and phone calls only. My biggest complaint is that the instruction book did not come with enough instructions. So I have had to make a couple of trips back to Best Buy to have my questions answered. A case for this phone cannot be purchased in the store. The battery runs out of power two or three times a week, unlike my old phone. I have not been able to connect it to my blue tooth in my car. Not sure why as to my old phone was easily connected.

This is a very good phone for the price. Fast 4g service.

The 4G LTE is excellent and works fine even in rural area

Stopped my Verizon contract and went to prepaid with this phone and haven't looked back. Phone works as well as any phone out there and not too expensive.

THE PHONE PURCHASED COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED AT THE STORE AND WAS TAKEN TO VERIZON, NOT SUCCESSFULLY.

I originally got this after basic for my first touch screen phone, now keep in mind my last cell befor this one was a tracphone that I had from 13-20 years of age I loved the shape and size of this phone so the transaction was pretty seemless. The only down side I have is be carful with the ato correct on this phone if your new to texting. Ex. Everytime I write out the word "with" it wants to turn it into 38th for some reason.

While we haven't had an opportunity to check out all the new features for our needs, we are eagerly looking forward to learning and using this new phone, after using a "flip phone" for so many years.

Had for a year pretty good phone just used warranty for broken screen but all in all good phone

I like this phone, it handles well. I don,t have to worry about hitting buttons on the side when holding.Great camera for work life line.

For the price and overall use this phone is the best value. Battery Life is great along with all features of the phone. I have purchased additional phones for my son and business.

My first smart phone and it has plenty of features for a senior citizen. Best Buy made it easy to switch and get started.

Screen a good size for viewing all apps. Speaker could be a little louder.

I got this phone for a friend of mine that was visiting from out of the country since she couldn't user her normal iPhone while she was here without running up very high international roaming charges. This is a good basic phone for calling and texting, that does not need a contract but still have the reliability of the verizon network, I would definitely recommend it.

It's a great prepaid phone. It doesn't have a lot of storage though.

Purchased for my spouse who is not into tech devices. It is all that is needed and has worked well.

This phone all need it to do and more!! This phone takes excellent picture and the 4GLTE works great!!
