I even bought the phone and was able to use it overseas, with other company SIM card. this was absolutely great. Recommended purchase.

Excellent phone for the price

Excellent phone comes unlocked out of the box. With few tweaks it could be used with other carriers but upgrading OS to latest causes the phone to get locked.

Lots of memory for apps

Good phone but could be better

Phone is good and comes unlocked for GSM network

Works well

No problems activating, but after activating the phone on straight talk, there was an OTA update and the data stopped working. I was able to restore the data by putting the SIM in another active phone and then putting it back in this phone. Seems like the OTA update overwrote the SIM card. Maybe removing the SIM, if possible, before accepting the update will avoid this issue.
