microphone doesnt work well

I kept having to redial the doctors office , and of course they got frustrated with me. The phone was nice and easy to use but the carrier sprint that came with it sucks. If the battery lasted longer or the carrier was better would have been happy.

IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES MOST PEOPLE WANT AND IT HAS THE LATEST ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM 8 GBS OF BUILT IN MEMORY THAT IS EXPANDABLE TO 32 GBS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Great cheap phone.

I haven't ran into anything bad with this phone yet. The os is a little in the past but other than that this is a really good phone.

It was difficult for him to learn how to operate some of the features. I wouldn't get this for someone who isn't tech savvy. Also, it drops calls quite a bit- thanks Verizon. I gave it 2 stars because once you learn the features, it's ok. Not the best, not the worst.

Great basic phone
