This phone is not a good product. Doesn't hold charge. No memory...do not like.

HP products are the best for HP equipment. Best Buy has competitive prices + free shipping on most online orders. I am a senior citizen and it is so helpful to order what I need, get what actually ordered, and get it on time at my home. I don't have to drive anywhere.

Easy to navigate through the learning process of how the phone works as it comes with a HELP app on the phone. Any questions you might have as to how something works on the phone are answered without having to phone someone or take it back to the store.

Quick, pros it was $20, it's a Samsung, the Features. Cons, even at 4glte slow, battery drains supper quick If you can scoop it up at the $20 sale price, ok But the $79.99 retail, I'll pass I would of gave 2 stars if I paid Retail..... Thanks to Black Friday

I tried to activate my new phone that I was wanted so bad and come to find out the Sim card was bad call Verizon like I was told but my local best buy store told me that they were aware of the problem but they told me to bring it back in and I could get a refund.

Got this phone for my daughter, because she was having a horrible summer... A pretty good phone. The buttons are super sensitive, and sometimes things don't download right away. Great price though, and it makes calls, and that's the point.

Purchased two for my pre-teen daughters to have during a trip. They were able to text and call me anytime, without any problems. They took several pictures. Not top quality on the photos, but was satisfactory.

Purchased card for my phone. Justin was very helpful. Loaded the card onto my phone and explained the process. I was quite happy with this interaction. I will certainly recommend Best Guy to my friends.
