Not to pleased.
Phone works but the microphone doesn't seem to work well, at all. The other person on the phone can't hear me very well.
At least I am able to text..so not a complete loss.

Doesn't have all the features that the newest smart phones have but is sufficient for our needs as a spare, replacement phone.

There are other phones that feel more high-end than this one. It works okay but feels clunky in the hand.

Great basic smartphone. It will do what I want I'm a light web user and text quit a bit. Phone functions work well an
And not dropped calls yet. Battrey life is great. Best I've ever had. I don't run a lot of apps so I don't know if that would affect it a lot.I'm happy with this phone so far. Ive had it for 2weeks and found it easy-to-use. If you're no a power use and price matters give this one a try. iHope this helps.

At 6 Months - still works well with no issues

Let' face it, prepaid phones just don't seem to be as good as the contract phones and I can truly speak from my own experience here. I bought this when I had another Motorola fail in a very short time - yet out of the Verizon warranty period. While this was an "emergency replacement" phone, actually it's been pretty good overall. Call quality and performance is excellent. WiFi and 4G connectivity have been trouble free. The screen is nice, not the best, but better than the similar priced Motorolas by a long shot.. and I keep the brightness lowered to extend battery life.
The music player works reasonably well with decent fidelity through several headphones I have used. Overall performance is responsive, but for phones I am not a "power user" and keep the apps down... yet the memory is enough at this point for the apps I use.
The camera is respectable - most important is that auto focus actually DOES work well. I do a lot of photography and have both a DSLR and Point and shoot camera, but in a pinch this does the job. Note this does have a flash and a basic selfie / conference camera that is good enough and that's it.
Only shortcoming vs. other phones I've had. Battery life c an be quirky and I haven't figured out why. I have found that cleaning the contacts on the battery and phone does help. Overall battery life is quite good - then out of the blue it becomes a power hog. Not sure why, and not holding this against the phone.
I would like to see auto display dimming, a nice feature often found at the price point and lacking on this phone. However at least it does have a mutli-color alert LED to let you know you've got mail / messages / missed a call and charge status at a glance.

It used data much faster than my other prepaid phones. I didnt know phones used differently. The phone was on sale for $30. But i,ended up paying a liot more for data. So far i,think the best cheap phone has been a moto, i got two years ago for 50 on sale. LG has been ok too in the past.

After the 15 days of having the phone, it started to fail. The phone will go straight to voicemail even if your not on the phone. Also both parties have trouble hearing each other. Plus too many more flaws to explain.

Techs at store didn't know how to activate. Bought this phone online, picked up at store, couldn't activate, techs didn't know how to either. Still trying to get a hold of someone to help me activate this phone.

Has everything I need in a smart phone. Nice camera. Plenty of memory for me. The only draw back is the battery life. Great phone for the price!

Great phone - low price

This is my first smart phone and although I'm climbing a learning curve, it seems to be full featured without the high monthly cost of a contract phone. The $45 monthly prepaid includes unlimited talk and text, but has limits on Web connectivity, so I only do downloads and such when connected to my Wi-Fi. Camera is great. Has GPS. My son plays games on it. And if I travel internationally, I can exchange the SIMM card, as it's an unlocked phone. Comes with 8GB of Storage, but can be expanded by adding a micro SD card.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Get an LG instead

I had to get a different phone since my LG Power (aka LG Leon) was not compatible with Verizon CDMA. That phone was $79 same as this one ON SALE. This phone, even though it has the exact same specs (ram, rom, processor etc) is at least three times slower than the LG and I'm being generous.
I also found out the hard way there is no simultaneous data and phone call capability, something I've had for 10 years starting with Sprint.
There are loads of bugs, too, like the word "paste" pops up and you can't get rid of it. If you touch it, it pastes whatever is in your clipboard memory into whatever you're typing. Do not get this phone.

Worst phone I've had in 5 years

I got this phone because I'm on a budget and it had the exact same specs as my quick LG Power (cpu, sd card, os, internal memory, removable battery, ram etc), and because my LG was not available on Verizon. Big mistake. It freezes constantly, video is choppy, and when switching between apps they restart, presumably due to memory management, and worst, when i used a key chord (i.e. power, home and volume button same time) to restart the locked up phone, it factory reset itself with no confirmation. I lost everything. Yes my apps reinstalled themselves later on, but I lost everything on internal memory including photos, music and all text messages. I won't make the same mistake again. No more Samsung at any price.
