Works much the same. Not seem as fast some days. Takes less maintenance than prior Ring version.

After four years with my old trac-fone I was ready for an upgrade to a smart phone. I chose the Samsung Galaxy J1 4G LTE because I am familiar with Samsung as I own a tablet made by them. I have not been disappointed. I have had a few hiccups along the way but I am sure they were operator errors.

Easy to use, only had for a month. No problems so far.

We had 3 phones get broken, lost or had manufacture glitch so I wanted a backup phone to use on my Verizon account while we figured out replacements. This phone does just as good as my galaxy 5 for what i use it for. The price for unlocked phones can be quite expensive. I'm very satisfied with the J3, so much I'm going to buy one for each of us after contracts end!

I bought this phone for my 8 year boy who has fine motor issues and doesn't hold a tablet very well and needed something smaller he loves this phone the battery life is amazing the quality is great I would recommend this phone for kids or the elderly

Phone is really slow. But does good for a little kid.

So far this phone is ok. the sound quality isn't that great sometimes as there is an occasional echo. Good for under $80.

We got this phone for our son...has all the features he needs/wants.easy to use and not locked into a contract.

Bought this for my wife to replace Note 2. After 3 weeks of ownership she says she loves it and other than the size difference would have no idea that she was on a cheaper, less powerful phone! While it is a little expensive (100.00) for a prepaid it is worth the cash.

Great phone if you like simple an easy. Not what I expected

This phone is great. It is a very affordable, and with it being a prepaid phone is a great feature not to mention it is through Verizon so it picks up everywhere.

My wife needed a new phone and we settled on this one. It has all the features she needs and it isn't too big for her. Nice screen resolution. Good camera. And works nicely as a phone too.

I purchased this as a first smart phone for my daughter before she went away on a retreat (first time away from home). I wanted her to be able to take pictures, contact me via phone, text, email so this was perfect. I also purchased this particular phone because I wanted her to have a trial run with a prepay without the committment of a contract. I am very surprised at how nice this phone is as I am a bit of an iPhone snob. The only slight down side is Best Buy did not have any phone covers that would fit this style but luckily one of the employees let me know exactly where to go to get one. Overall great decision if you are not wanting to commit to a cell phone contract. Oh, I almost forgot the plan of $45 is for 3GB if you do Autopay (only 1GB without). I like the fact that I can cancel it at anytime so I am not bound to it like a contract. I have the app for Verizon on my iPhone so I have complete access to billing, incoming/outgoing, calls/texts, etc., which is a nice feature.

It's an easy to work and navigate through smart phone. No complaints.

This phone isn't as fancy as the new models. I got this for my husband who has never had a smart phone. It takes better pictures than the iPhone, and works great for my husband.

It's a good phone for the $$$ , it's easy to use and affordable.

I use it just for calls and text messaging. I like the camera.
