For the price and what I need it this phone it works good.. I purchased this phone as an emergency contact for my work and I got a case for it in Amazon.. Great little phone but the photo quality is not very clear but for the price and what I need it for I can't complain. Good buy if you are in a budget.

This phone is very easy to use and does everything I need it to, without breaking the bank. Sometimes the touch screen isn't sensitive enough. But that could be a setting. Overall, I like the phone, and bought one for me daughter.

Bought for my son who loses & sells phones like it was his full-time job! This phone was inexpensive but gets the job done!! Facebook, Instagram, etc...

I bought this phone for my boyfriend and we both hate it. I have a Galaxy Grand Prime and it works great but this Galaxy model is bad. I cannot hear him when he talks. It sounds garbled even with perfect reception. He complains that it is slow and unresponsive. We are getting rid of it.

Got this phone for my husband. At first he was frustrated because he did not know how to use all the cool stuff and apps available. Now that he has learned how to use it - he absolutely loves it.

If you send over $700 for a smart phone, then you're a sucka. Does everything a $$$$$ smart phone does but for $79.99.

phone does everything i need it to. picture quality isnt what you get with an expensive phone. I have apps like onstar that work perfectly. no lag and no issues. way more bang for your buck than you think!

It meets my needs and I seem to be figuring it out.

This phone works great. I didn't know if I'd like the blue color but it turns out to be ok. I have had no issues with the phone. Great Phone.

Got this phone for my wife to replace her 3 year old Samsung 3g and she loves. This was a great buy and the only downside is the camera, which is what you can expect from any phone for under $100.

The Service at this Best Buy was awesome! And the phone is ever so perfect for my son! I would trust, and seek. Help from Best Buy again, and recommend to all my friends!

works great for prepaid . hotspot good signal same as contract for a lot cheaper

When I walked out of the best buy where I purchased this phone. I noticed upon using, it was not set up to use correctly. Had to carry back in store before leaving to get set up correctly. All the while employee was b. sing with other employees. I knew better to go in this particular best buy to begin with. So my bad. Best Buy will never be the store as a whole as it use to be. Without commission's being paid most will still sux.

It's a great phone for a no contract service. I would purchase another one for a family member if I needed to.

This is my first venture into a Smartphone - I'll get the hang of it sooner or later. Love the size and weight though and it sure beats my old flip phone.

Needed a phone for temporary usage. Only needed calling/texts and this one has exceeded the needs compared to the price!

this seems to be a good choice for a early/starter phone for a teen, esp if you aren't sold or don't think they are ready for an iphone

Great phone but kinda pricey for what you are getting. Outdated operating system and features so they should give folks a discount.
