Total Tech Support works for me in many ways including discounts on Geek Squad service plans and even discounts on Apple Care as it applies to Apple products. It really saves you money when it’s time to upgrade your car electronics and much more. I’ve been a member for at least the last three to four years and although I don’t upgrade my car electronics every year, I find it good to have as a security blanket, just in case!

I would not live without this protection for all of my electronic equipment. It has protected all my sound, video, and TV equipment for over 15 years. During this time, I have replaced faulty equipment at no cost to myself; which has saved me thousands of dollars over the years.

The Technicians are smart, courteous, and extremely helpful and also patient, they will go to all extent to help you. It is so nice to be able to call someone and get immediate assistance. The only problem is the wait time to talk to someone is 30 to 45 minutes, that is entirely too long to wait for a technician to come on the line.

I have had this Geek Squad support for over three years now and have had to call on them for assistance several times. Having dealt with identity issues in the past, it has been a good source in dealings with related issues.

The new total tech support membership is GREAT! And the fact that I’m grandfathered in regarding my antivirus agreement is even better. I highly recommend total tech support.

Gizmos drive me crazy, know how to use them but when they fail to work properly it is well worth the money to have someone else take control and fix them while I just walk away without having heart palpitations, discounts are also a plus.

Really like the ability to get support 24/7. The chat capability is an easy way to get a quick fix to nuisance issues. The included discount on products is a nice add on.
