I have used the total tech support several times over the last couple of years and the Geek Squad is always very helpful. They are always willing to clean up my cookies and when I had a strange (thinking it was a virus) thing that came up on the screen they ran a complete test to make sure everything was OK. I even had a geek squad associate come out and show me how to clean the dust out of my tower,

Very knowledgeable technician very courteous need even wore shoe covers as before he entered the house wore a mask even though we told him it was not required he went over every installation that he did with us and I at the end asked us if we had any questions

I love this service that best buy has. I also love the knowledgeable techs that come to the house to help my wife and myself - Kudos to the Davenport, Florida location. You guys are great - take the time to explain things and make sure we can handle our tech or let the total tech geeks!!!!

I have had Total Tech for two years and have saved so much money. I’ve used it for things as simple as screen protector installation to auto speaker installation and LED TV installation and calibration. It pays for itself quickly.

I was totally bamboozled into buying this. All i wanted was the free delivery of the dishwasher i bought and then it seems for the price i paid it could have been installed free. I am so bummed they replaced the Geek Squad with this expensive item....going to not renew it.

I have been on line for days trying to figure out how to cancel my total tech support products. I needed help a few days ago to resolve a minor issue and was on hold for hours trying to get someone. Finally had to go to a computer store. Tried to cancel my membership which seems impossible. If i get billed again next year - which is easy im sure because my credit card is on file- my file a formal complaint.

Haven't Found a Use for This Yet

I bought this as a just-in-case, and the one time i actually thought it would help me, it did nothing for me. I declined the coverage on my initial PS4 because I had this, but when the system's hard drive crashed, Geek Squad turned me away and told me they couldn't do anything for me and to call Sony. It's a complete waste of money if you don't own a home and have services that this is actually useful for.
