I have been with tech support for many years. It is now harder to understand the people from other countries with strong Dialects. It also has been a problem with correcting issues due to this. I would like to connect to Americans in USA as it use to be. But if you have no other choice this is a good option to use. They also are suppose to help you with other things like TVs etc...all they do is pull up a list and try to troubleshoot which many can Goggle now.
