This phone card is only good for individual accounts. If you have a family plan with 2 or lines it wont let you add it to the account.

It's one of the cheapest plans just add an extra data for another 5 gigs of service

Much needed plan sobi can have a phone for work and family

To be clear Best Buy is absolutely not at fault whatsoever. Total wireless is just terrible service especially customer service.

Total Wireless is an excellent service that uses Verizon towers at a tremendously cheaper price. These cards are a quick way of adding service for each month.
