Of all the mobile carriers I’ve been connected with, Total Wireless is the cheapest and most dependable of them all

Bad customer service. The lady said only certified Verizon phones worked with their service, which is a complete lie. Even the Best Buy rep said they didn’t know what they were talking about. But whatever I chose not to go with them, can’t return the card back to Best Buy, and total wireless doesn’t care that u didn’t use it, I wasted my money. Go with another carrier that provides actual customer support!

I have 3 more GBs than I had with Verizon and half the price. Using my same phone and number it is a great deal.
