Before I purchased 2 SIM cards and $60 phone plan card from Best Buy, I went online and researched Total Wireless to check and see if they offered WiFi calling on plans. In their terms and conditions which I found on their website, it clearly stated that WiFi calling was offered if the phone was capable of WiFi calling. So I proceeded and made purchase online with Best Buy and I went to store to pick up items. I attempted to port my number over to Total Wireless but eventually had to call them to have my number ported over to them for the plan. After they ported my number I asked if I had to do anything to activate WiFi calling, it was then that I was told that their plan didn't support WiFi calling. I proceeded asking why was it that it was listed as being supported in their terms and conditions but was told that it wasn't. I really looked at this in detail because I need and use WiFi calling at home and at work because of poor reception at both places. I requested a refund but was told that I would have to go back to retailer for a refund. I chatted with Best Buy online and was told that a refund was not available on prepaid phone plans. So now I'm out of $62 for 2 SIMS and phone plan card which is trash now. Why would a company say one thing and do something totally different is beyond me. Would not recommend Total Wireless from my experience with company. Poor customer service and false advertisement on their part as well.

I'm getting 15GB to share at $20 cheaper than my old plan with Verizon where I only had 3GB (shared). I love that you get a 5% discount for auto pay (which I'm using). I like that you can earn points with Total Wireless which you can redeem on great rewards. I have only used it locally and so far I have not had any issues, but I'm about to take a trip and hopefully I will still get great reception. If I can update this posting - I'll let you know.

First time using a prepaid service and I have been very pleased with the results after a month of use. Best value in the area when considering cell coverage, data amount (for people who don’t use the device for streaming) and cost.

I have been happy with Total Wireless because it's help me afford my 2 phone lines. One was a cell number and the other was a land line number. Total Wireless mad it easy and the people at Best Buy are the best.Great help and info when I need it...

Wanted a plan for my twins, but unwilling to up my phone bill by $100/mo for the same network...with AutoRenew and taxes costs only 63/month...for the same netVork....

My experience with Total Wireless has been amazing. The signup process took a little time, but the price is incredible and the coverage is second to none.

Exactly what I needed for the same price as other stores. Best buy is always highly recommended.

If you use Total Wireless you know you have options for how to renew your service each month. Why not pop over to Best Buy and earn Rewards Points while paying a necessary monthly bill?

Customer service is a little useless. Once up and running, service is pretty good. Beats my $125 monthly bill by a long shot.

Bought this to use with my wireless on the go wifi. Comes in handy when I'm out travelling.

Coverage is good around Columbus, GA area. Much better value compared to competitors

I bought this for my kid and its great because I don't have keep coming back fr another $30 renewal.

Not having this service before we only have used this about a week. It runs on Verizon lines so hopefully well have continuity for service areas without congestion issues...since they are as I understand a secondary carrier for verizon. . I suppose we will see, and are being positive in our mind.

When neede go here.fast easy no hassle. Keep pre paid phone loaded.

Product was great. I am able to use it through the whole month. One thing total needs to add is access to call canada. I have ta lot of family members leaving there and total does not allowed access, I have to use a different card which make no sense.
