    Defective product, do not want to discuss the customer service agent and geek squad agent for the run around given, when trying to return it...this product was faulty but i was told it's my fault for not knowing how to operate it,my hat's off to Shane the store manager,at the San bruno store for helping me return the item

    sales person sold me this unlimited 50.00 prepaid plan card and a sim card but havent been able to get the carrier to unlock the phone.
