  • Very slow and buggy phone

    Camera is very slow. It keeps turning off the flash. You click to take the photo and it takes several seconds to take the photo, by then your subject has moved. The front camera is even worse. Sometimes the screen just blanks out and you can't see any of your icons and have to restart the device to see them so you can launch an app. And I can't get the tray open to add a SD card. Lastly, you can't upgrade the battery. It says it lasts two days on a charge, but the battery runs down as fast as my 6 year old iPad, so I am charging it daily. Returning this defective phone.

    This phone broke on me a month after purchase. Best buy and total wireless refused to help me, so I had to buy a new one and throw that one away... What a waste of money...

    FYI .....this phone is a "Total Wireless" but is under the umbrella of Tracfone and a quick phone call to Tracfone allowed it to become functional as a Tracfone that I added to my account and activated. Phone itself is great so far.
