    got this for my granddaughter and so far its held up let's see how long she has it before she breaks the screen

    I bought 3 of these phones for my kids, so the major problem I have ran into, is you can not choose the SD card as internal memory to store apps. My kids can't download any track my kids apps for me 2 see where they are at all times. I called time she manufacturer and basically I was told there is nothing to fix this restriction, sad, because they are a good phone, the phone basically come's with 8gb and it's already full.. seriously don't buy.. I wish I hadn't.

    I haven't received many of my calls or texts since activating this total wireless phone. I received stupid prank calls immediately upon activation and my girlfriend did not get my texts and I did not get hers. Message from my son went to the former owner of the number. Total Wireless customer service was very poor and very disinterested in my situation. I had to change the number. Hope this works. Two thumbs down, my throat. Garbage.
