This was one of the first Pixar productions and it doesn’t hold as well as later years productions. It was really noticeable with Andy. Kids don’t notice the difference since the plot is so great.

My son stayed glued to this movie. Sometimes he will go down while watching any movie or show....but he was glued to this movie!! I just ordered 2 & 3

While I'm not a huge fan of Toy Story, this movie did me go back to my childhood and help me understand why i treated my toys so kind. Great movie, try not to cry

Fun movie, Xmas gift for my great nephew. Though it was priced too high but bought it from Best Buy anyway because I didn’t have time to order on line or price compare.

Toy Story is a noticeably darker film (tonally) than the rest of the series and I always loved it for that. Don't get me wrong, it's still a family film but the implication is that of a character who gets ostracized by his peers after being accused of killing his fellow man. Something about that always stuck with me especially given how lighthearted the dialogue plays out. Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Jim Varney and every other actor on this film all give great vocal performances and set the standard for 3D animated films which is still followed today.

I have to say that 21 years later, the first Toy Story film is still the best Pixar has to offer. The film is about what toys are like when their owner is not around. The main focus is on Woody, Andy's favorite toy cowboy who feels threatened when Andy gets a new space ranger toy named Buzz Lightyear. The film then is Woody and Buzz setting aside differences, being friends, and being there for Andy. The Blu-Ray transfer of the film is well done. There are also a number of interesting special features available on the Blu-Ray.

Was a little weary on purchasing since this isn’t a native 4K transfer. But the image is so dang clean and the Atmos track is amazing! Definitely recommend!

Great little movie for any age. I enjoy all the cute and funny characters.

Toy Story is another classic. The entire collection is great, but the original is our household favorite.

Does anyone really need this franchised reviewed? It's wonderful! My only gripe is lack of Dolby Vision on the disc. Get with it Disney!

Excellent movie good price enjoyed watching it. Pricing was competitive to other available in area.

What more needs to be said about this one? It blew minds when it was released and officially kicked off the future of film making. Also this might be the only film in which Randy Newman’s music is not off putting but quite fitting given the film’s motif. I picked up the 4k copy not expecting the film to look anymore gorgeous visually than I was already accustomed yet it still blew me away.

Classic movie for kids and adults alike. Funny colorfully delightful. Fun movie with heart.

While I am not a fan of evil depictions in movies that are targeted to children this movie has mild evil depictions coming from the kid next door (Sid). Since toys cannot really come to life, the storyline can be believable for a child’s pretend mind although, younger then 4 may misunderstand the depiction of the toys coming to life. I think this movie is best enjoyed by the teenagers and adults. I would recommend this movie to anyone within those age groups 13 to 70!
