Bought this movie because others recommended it highly.

This steelbook is okay not that amazing and i ordered it 2 times because it arrived like someone literally took a hammer and started beating it

My son's favorite movie but to get the digital copy was a hassle, there was no code inside the movie to redeem my digital copy, on the blu ray instructions I needed a PC that could read blu ray I don't have one, went back to store to change it for another one or return it, employee and manager won't believe or even listen to me, very rude on the Ahwatukee location. I sent an email to Disney Movie Rewards they asked me proof of purchase and sent me a code to finally have digital. It took me about a week, but other than that everything is OK. Good Movie.

Poor sound quality and sometime words n mouth movement aren’t even close to being in synchronized

one of the best classic ever. The price was very resonalbe at best buy. I wish that I could have found part two also. We can watch this movie once every week....family favorite

Tried to copies of this movie in my brand new Samsung 3D blue ray player. The video comes back that it is not finding a 3D required player. Have watched 6 other 3D movies through the same unit and have it had any trouble. Love the movie but the 3D won't play.

First one I bought wouldn’t even play in blu Ray player and then skipped like crazy. I could feel it was rigged around the cd. Best Buy did exchange it for me but I had to go out of my way to exchange it!

Looks great but came damaged. Otherwise product is nice. Great for collectors and nice to display.

As usual, this too was damaged, and best buy didnt do anything to replace it!

They just don’t make Pixar movies like this anymore. The newest one they just released on Disney+ was terrible. I fell asleep as soon as it started and had a dream where I was cooking chicken wings but the recipe I used was different from normal and my wife didn’t like how the wings turned out. I can’t figure out why I’d dream about using a different recipe because everybody always compliments me on my wings. It made no sense. I like to add a little paprika and 2 packs of ranch seasoning. It gives them an extra little kick. So good!! Anyways I woke up the next morning and while I was dropping a deuce I thought of a good idea for a Pixar movie about Komodo dragons. You could have them talk in an Australian accent and maybe put the dragons on water slides and make it look like they’re surfing. Then maybe later one of them says “Hey. My names Komodo Joe. Do you want to eat some meat with me dude-arino?” Idk, I’m still working on the script. Hoping to get Jason Priestly to star. Maybe the key love interest is basically a sexy Don Knotts-type character but wearing a wig. And it could be a goat or something, instead of a Komodo. Everybody loves Don Knotts so it would definitely make a ton of money. She could have a cool catch phrase where she says “Hey buddy boinga boinga boo-boo!”. I’m still bouncing around some ideas. But Pixar should totally do it.

The picture quality is great. You can really tell the difference. After all these years it still has magic. I love the product quality as well. The Steelbook is def a plus. The only down side is that my son is starting to understand the adult jokes. Yikes!

Back in the day when I 1st got this movie on VHS super happy watched it everyday now that I got it on 4k I'm ecstatic & could repeat history!

The film that started the Disney/Pixar collaborations. Who does not love the original "Toy Story" if you are an animation fan? A great film, memorable characters. Buzz Lightyear is my favorite. The flaw, still NOT a Randy Newman fan. We ALL know the reason for this March 2010 DVD release was to promote the June 2010 release of "Toy Story 3". For fans this DVD release is a let down. YOU WILL DO MUCH BETTER WITH THE 2005 2 DISC DVD PACKAGE. GO FIND 1 OF THOSE, THIS EDITION IF YOU WANT EXTRAS IS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Only 1 disc compared to the 2005 2 disc edition. A bunch of extras-ONLY FEW MENTIONED ON OUTSIDE DVD PACKAGE. Most of them for kids. I am a fan of the film, I want making of specials, actor information, etc. Do NOT look for stuff like that here. Go to the 2005 DVD 2 disc package. NO chapter search list. NO film information inside. IF you want just the most & basic extras this is for you. IF you want more information/extras YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING THE 2005 2 DISC RELEASE. 5 rating FOR FILM NOT DVD PACKAGE

Never Question if Buying a Pixar Blu-ray is worth it, especially is you don't already have the film on standard DVD. Pixar is setting the bar for digital transfers on all their releases so far. I'm sure most moviegoers are have seen Toy Story, so the movie alone should not discourage anyone from buying this product. Be rest assured anything else about this release won't discourage you either. If you have Wall-E, Monsters Inc. or Up you should know this was the first Pixar movie and by far looks just as awesome and the latest. The only concern you may have after purchasing Toy Story is when to purchase the sequel.

Toy story is a great movie for kids and adults. It has a great story line that kids and adults can enjoy. It has very likeable characters and is funny even for adults. It is one of the best movies Disney/Pixar has ever made. It gets watched over and over agian at my household so I have definately got my monies worth. As an adult it takes you back to the time when you wee little played with toys and makes you think of your favorite toys and makes you wonder what if your toys came "alive" when you were not in the room. What would they do, what would they say. This is such a fantastic movie. This entire Toy Story series is a must own on DVD or Blue-ray they are all great.

This movie is a classic on so many levels, but since most people already have their opinion, I will focus on the 3D presentation. This conversion has been done very well. Throughout there is a great sense of depth and even with darkened glasses the colors seem spot on. I only noticed one scene (at the gas station) where any 3D issues were glaringly obvious: the moon had some ghosting. Overall, highly recommended.

First of all i would like to say i am a die hard fan of Toy Story & Toy Story 2. Also this product rocks beacause it's in Blu-ray. I'm very glad that they deceided to rerealese Toy Story because I love it. Going on there will also be a movie called Toy Story 3 released in May 2010. Next when Toy Story 3 is released they might make a collection of all the Toy Sory's. And Finally ifvyou want the collection wait; if you don't then buy it now.

I purchased this for my kid and only got the 3D version to get the digital copy. I was surprised by the quality and depth of the 3D in this film. I would say that Pixar/Disney has done a great job on the newer animated films. Older films like Lion King 3D were a little less impressive. The film itself is Toy Story and there isn't much else that needs to be added.
