Toy Story as a young teen in theaters was a movie that was revolutionary in it's animation and just great in it's story. Thhis was the first fruits of Pixar and good computer animation for theaters. The sequels have added to that story, but the original just did everything right. This latest UHD steelbook release offers the best possible experience at home with it's HDR presentation and ATMOS soundtrack. For those with Dolby Vision capable hardware a code is included in the case that let's you add it to your Movies Anywhere digital library as well. The picture quality and audio are top notch, though this is technically only a 2K upscaled to 4K release. Though technically a lot of the CG was only rendered at 2K originally so there really isn't much room for improvement unless they went and recreated new original renderings. But if you are a fan of the series, this release won't disappoint.
